Barbara Baker is with the Compliance Division in the Office of Enforcement and Compliance at the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA).Barbara has been with FMCSA for over 10 years; first as a contractor and then as a Federal employee where she supported the IT Development Division. In 2016, Barbara transferred to the Compliance Division to support projects such as the Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse, implementation of the Compliance, Safety and Accountability program and the development of the Case Docketing and Management System.Barbara has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Management with a concentration in Management Information Systems from Binghamton University.
