Diana Byrnes, CSAPA began her career as an MRO-A with one of the nation’s largest Third Party Administrators. Since 2003, Diana has served as the DAPM for the Florida DOT. In this role she performs compliance reviews, delivers training, crafts policies and has produced two training videos (Clean, Sober & Safe and REACT). Additionally, Diana serves as a lead instructor for the USDOT’s Transportation Safety Institute substance abuse management courses, funded by FTA.
