An analyst with Cahill Swift, LLC, Ms. Clay is currently an audit team leader for the FTA’s Drug & Alcohol Compliance Auditing Program, and is a speaker for FTA’s national D&A training seminar program. Prior to conducting FTA audits, Ms. Clay spent 10 years working for a leading TPA supervising the MRO department and managing the random drug and alcohol program for more than 30,000 clients requiring compliance with FMCSA, FTA, USCG, and PHMSA requirements. Toni also assisted clients with their non-federal Drug Free Workplace (DFW) programs. With a love for the industry and a desire to better understand and excel in the field, Ms. Clay expanded her knowledge to become a qualified DOT collector and BAT, and a Medical Review Officer Assistant (MRO-A).
