Ms. DeCoste is the Volpe Center Project Manager for the FTA’s Drug and Alcohol Compliance Auditing Program, and has acted as the FTA representative while participating as an audit team member since 2011. Ms. DeCoste is one of the key members who organizes the Annual FTA Drug and Alcohol Program National Conference.In addition, she provides regulatory guidance on the FTA Drug and Alcohol Hotline, contributes regularly to the FTA Drug and Alcohol Regulatory Updates newsletter, and develops the curriculum and training materials for the FTA Substance Abuse One-Day Seminars.
