Mr. Moya has worked with the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration for 16 years. He currently holds the position of Drug and Alcohol Program Manager for the Office of Enforcement and Compliance in Washington, DC Headquarters.Mr. Moya has held progressive positions in the agency as a Border Inspector and Safety Investigator in the Brownsville, Texas and Ames, Iowa respectively before relocating to Washington, DC. In the Washington, DC headquarters, Juan served as a Transportation Specialist in the Enforcement and Compliance office before being promoted to his current position. As the Drug and Alcohol Program Manager, he provides management oversight of the agency’s national program. Recently, he also served as Acting Division Administrator in the Puerto Rico Division. Mr. Moya served U.S. Navy Reserve and he was deployed to Kuwait and Afghanistan during Operation Enduring Freedom.He holds a Master’s Degree in Public Management, a Master’s Degree in International Policy and Practice, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Organizational Management.
