Julie Tennant is the Manager of Occupational Health and the Drug and Alcohol Program Manager for the Rochester-Genesee Regional Transportation Authority (RGRTA) in Rochester, NY. Julie has been with RGRTA since 2006 first in the field of Workers’ Compensation until transitioning into her current role in 2012. It was at that time that Julie became thoughtful and passionate about the impact that drugs and alcohol have on public transportation. Julie provides oversight and management to RGRTA’s Drug and Alcohol Program which includes all in-house drug and alcohol testing for its 900 employees spread across 8 counties with 24 hour service, 365 days per year.
