Diana Byrnes, CSAPA began her career as an MRO-A with one of the nation's largest Third Party Administrators. In 2003, Diana joined the Center for Urban Transportation Research's Substance Abuse Management Oversight and Technical Assistance Project serving the Florida Department of Transportation. In this role she performs compliance reviews, delivers training, crafts policies and has produced several training programs. Additionally, Diana is a lead instructor for the USDOT's Transportation Safety Institute substance abuse management courses, funded by FTA. Diana may be reached via email: byrnes@usf.edu.
