Ms. DeCoste is an Operations Research Analyst for the U.S. Department of Transportation's Volpe Center in Cambridge, MA. She is the Volpe Center Project Manager for the FTA's Drug and Alcohol Compliance Auditing Program and has acted as the FTA representative while participating as an audit team member since 2011. She also supports the development of FTA's drug and alcohol program tools and resources, and provides regulatory guidance and MIS reporting assistance through the FTA Drug and Alcohol Hotline.
