Mark Thomas Ketterson, MSW, LCSW, is the Substance Abuse Professional for the Chicago Transit Authority. He is a graduate of Vanderbilt University in Nashville, Tennessee, and the Jane Addams College of Social Work at the University of Illinois. He began his clinical career as a generalist in community mental health and at the Katharine Wright Psychiatric Clinic at Illinois Masonic Hospital. He worked in the managed care industry, then joined the private practice arm of Perspectives, LTD a clinical practice/employee assistance company in Chicago, where he remained for many years before coming to CTA.
