Ms. Lancaster joined the Office of Drug and Alcohol Policy and Compliance (ODAPC) in 2022, bringing experience in transportation safety and regulatory compliance. Prior to her current role, she served as a Transportation Specialist at the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) within the Drug and Alcohol Programs Division. In this capacity, she was instrumental in supporting the operations and maintenance of the Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse. Ms. Lancaster's career with the U.S. Department of Transportation began as a Special Agent in the Nebraska Division, where she spent a decade working in the field. Her dedication and expertise led her to the Midwest Service Center in Chicago, IL, where she served as an Enforcement/New Entrant Program Specialist. She actively participated in various workgroups, including the Drug and Alcohol Technical Advisory Group, where she also held the position of Co-Chair.
