Ms. Shanahan is an Engineering Psychologist for the U.S Department of Transportation's Volpe Center in Cambridge, MA. She is the Volpe Center Project Manager for the Office of the Secretary's Office of Drug and Alcohol Policy and Compliance's DAMIS Reporting System, in addition she is the Volpe Center Project Manager for FTA's Drug and Alcohol Project Office. Ms. Shanahan also provides regulatory guidance on the FTA Drug and Alcohol Hotline, and acts as the FTA representative while participating as a member of the Drug and Alcohol Audit Team. Ms. Shanahan is one of the key members who develops the Annual FTA Drug and Alcohol Program National Conference.
