FTA Drug and Alcohol One-Day Training Seminar This free one-day training session will provide attendees with a background on 49 CFR Part 655 and 49 CFR Part 40, including regulations, program requirements, and current trends. Information provided at the session will support participants in operating and maintaining a compliant drug and alcohol program at their agency. The presenter will also provide an update on recent Part 40 revisions as well as the opportunity to ask questions.
